Why is it so difficult to give flowers?

I love giving flowers....whether it be someone%26#039;s birthday, special day, or just any day. I%26#039;ve never really had any problems; but the last 3 girls I gave flowers to, seem to think there%26#039;s something more to the flowers. I think they think I am leading them on...but I am not...at least not on purpose....I even told them before giving them the flowers that I give flowers to everyone, and it doesn%26#039;t mean anything.





I really don%26#039;t want to go through the big talk with these girls to tell them that the flowers are just flowers.....oh, the flowers were tulips, orchids, and roses, but the roses were white.





So should I stop giving flowers to people?

Lol I love to get flowers and it%26#039;s like such a sweet gesture if someone does give out flowers....Well girls who like u will get thinking that ur leading them on but those who r not into u will just take them and give u a sweet smile and say thank u and be genuinely happy asking for the reason for u giving them flowers lol.





I was once given a red rose and i did take it with a good sweet smile and i indeed said thank you even when i knew the guy who gave me the flower liked me but u c I wasn%26#039;t into him at all...so u find exceptions but in general girls do feel guys giving flowers means they r leading on unless u give them flowers on their birthdays.





Ur problem is if u like some girl genuinely as a friend , to show her ur appreciation and liking u give flower to her right?





Mmmmm so all u need to do chigga is when u give flowers just write on the small card saying how u feel...for eg. Say Hope u like these flowers as a gift of appreciation from me%26quot; or say U r as good and gentle as these flowers, thanks for being such a good friend to me%26quot; or say Ur the nicest girls I have met to be my friend and u remind me of these flowers.





Lol i dunno but sure enuf these messages will send only friendly message.





Umm on the very extreme maybe u can just limit ur flower power to ur mom, sister, girl friend or some elderly folks.


Truly speaking old people will love them with no doubts in their minds ;-)





Seriously don%26#039;t stop giving out flowers it%26#039;s such a sweet and nice gesture maybe use the appropriate words while u give out the flowers.

Reply:just stop giving flowers to attractive young women, unless you want to be in a more serious relationship with them. give flowers to your relatives and to older women... go to plays and randomly give flowers to the performers... etc.





now, on the off chance that the three women you gave flowers to were ugly and over 40, don%26#039;t worry about it, they%26#039;re just being sensitive. ;)

Reply:Maybe you should give daisies. I don%26#039;t know why people read more in to flowers. My hubby has always been a flower giver and I used to work for a guy that also loved to give flowers and he bought them for %26quot;his girls in the office%26quot; as he called us all the time, we never thought anything about it. It was just something he like to do, and yes he bought roses and he bought them in our favorite colors, I liked yellow, someone else pink, the other red, that%26#039;s what colors we got. No big deal. Maybe they just want it to be more, maybe your just to darn irresistable! :o)
Reply:Try a card instead of flowers. Save flowers for girlfriends and moms.
Reply:Those girls have some sort of committment problem or something. I would never think that someone was coming onto me because of flowers. Now, if you gave me red roses with a corny poem, I would be scared. Those girls need to calm down and quit worrying...
